Services
Due to the nature of spa and esthetic services, all services are non‑refundable once performed. Results may vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns, which may include adjustments or recommendations at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued for completed services.

Missed and Late Appointments
Clients who miss an appointment, arrive late, or fail to provide the required notice for cancellation are not eligible for a refund. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details regarding required notice.

Retail Products
We do not sell retail products online. Retail purchases made in‑store may be eligible for exchange only if the product is unused, unopened, and returned within 7 days of purchase. No cash or card refunds are offered on opened or used products.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards may be transferred to another individual unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

If we must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will not be charged and will be offered the option to reschedule.
